Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting research on the European market, understanding industry trends, market and customer demands, and analyzing and establishing the company's strategic position and direction in the market competition
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, actively promote the company's products and services, capabilities, and brand image, and seek opportunities to enter new markets and develop new customers
- Build, maintain, and strengthen cooperative relationships with European customers, handle business and project negotiations with European clients, and strive for new projects and product development
- Formulate and implement the company's market and sales strategies in Europe, continuously achieving sales growth targets
- Set sales targets, sales budgets, and sales achievement plans for the European market
- Conduct analysis and provide timely quotations for new projects and products for European clients
- Supervise and manage the development of new projects and products in the European market
- Handle European customer orders, product delivery, and payment management
- Continuously improve European customer satisfaction, handle customer visits and reception services, address customer complaints, and manage related customer service tasks
- Maintain and improve the CRM customer management system
- Establish and nurture the European sales team, enhance team capabilities, and achieve KPI performance
Candidate Profile:
- Familiarity with international trade, business management, project management, and team management
- Knowledge of metal materials standards and market trends, such as copper, aluminum, steel, etc.
- Understanding of import and export trade, customs rules, and regulations
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18000 management systems
- Familiarity with electrical industry-related ISO, EN, ASTM, DIN, JIS, GB product, process, and material technical standards
- Familiarity with processes such as CNC machining, forging, stamping, die-casting, electroplating, painting, heat treatment, electrical cabinet assembly, etc.
- Proficient in business negotiation techniques
- Good customer management and service skills
- Proficient in import and export customs clearance business.
- Proficient and professional English listening, speaking, and writing skills
