Job Description
- Review sales orders and issue sales invoices
- Review and prepare payment materials for import business
- Fixed Assets physical count monthly/qurterly and annual
- Voucher sorting and binding
- Supervising the maintenance of the accounts in English in accordance with the head office policy in China; Prepare financial reports in accordance with headquarters and Polish policies
- Supervision of bookkeeping for Polish institutions and comparison with Chinese books
- Prepare reports for the special economic zone
- Resolving the company's current legal, accounting and tax problems
- Cooperation with auditors and advisors
- Implementation of Polish software and JPK, coordinate with Polish and Chinese software implement
Candidate profile
- Strong Finance experience in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the wind power or automotive sectors
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor degree in financial management, accounting, finance and economics
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Enova, Rewizor
- Often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
