Job Description:
- Participate in preparing the annual process budget for projects.
- Be responsible for feasibility analysis, process design, validation, and review of new products, as well as cost analysis.
- Develop and implement product process standards (including drawing conversion, bill of materials (BOM), characteristic list, process flow chart, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), control plan, standard operating procedures (SOP), packaging specifications, etc.).
- Plan production line capacity, design layout, and establish standard man-hours.
- Guide sample production of new products and quality improvement.
- Design and validate product packaging.
- Conduct technical training and assessment for on-site technical workers.
- Provide technical support to the production site, resolve process issues in a timely manner, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote continuous process improvement on production lines.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by leadership.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical/Electromechanical)
- CAD/CAM Software Certification
- UDT, SEP certification
- Proficient in English and Polish
- MS Office, CAD, Solidworks/ZW3D experiance
- Project Management experiance (with leadership experiance)
