You can find our active job openings on job boards, our company website, social media, through recruitment agencies, or by engaging in proactive headhunting and employee referral programs.
We start by screening your resume to assess how well you meet the minimum qualifications and to discuss your salary expectations, availability, and other high-level details.
For assessment, we may ask you to complete technical tests, personality assessments, or job-related assignments to evaluate your skills. Next, in-depth interviews may be conducted, which can involve multiple rounds (technical, HR, and managerial) to assess behavioral traits, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
In the pre-final stage, we contact the references you provide to verify your past work performance and qualifications. This step may also include background checks for criminal history.
The final stage is to make an offer, which includes salary, benefits, job title, and other terms of employment. If necessary, we can negotiate the terms based on your feedback.
